What you need to do: processing feedback and cold search for candidates; searching for alternative sources for selection; conducting interviews, preparing information for consideration of candidates for the OPR; accompanying candidates to all stages before starting work. Requirements for candidates: 1 year of work experience as a recruiter; the ability to learn, the ability to be flexible and adapt to different working conditions; the ability to convey, collect and consolidate information; the desire to learn and focus on results. What we offer: full employment from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; possibility to work remotely from any location; payment for a trial period (1 month) - UAH 15,000; on-the-job training, help of colleagues in adaptation.
