Requirements for candidates: Completed higher education; 1 year of work experience in HR recruitment staff at different levels; English language - intermediate oral and written; Proficiency in various methods of personnel selection; Proficiency in various interview methods (structured, competency-based interview); Successful experience in telephone/personal interview with candidates; Ability to analyze in a structured manner resume of candidates; Ability to organize one's work (prioritize); Excellent communication skills; Customer orientation and focus on results. Among the main responsibilities: Searching for candidates for vacancies using job sites, social networks, databases, etc.; Conducting phone/online interviews /offline interviews with candidates for open vacancies;Organization of interviews of candidates with managers/supervisors;Collection of recommendations;Preparation and announcement of a candidate's job offer;Granting rejections to candidates;Organization of internship/practice for students/apprentices;Cooperation with recruiting agencies in terms of selection staff; Organization of participation and participation in events aimed at promoting the employer brand.
