Key tasks: forming a vacancy profile and placing it on job resources; selecting resumes, conducting initial screening of candidates; active search for candidates; organization and conducting interviews; interaction with hiring managers; participation in staff adaptation; recruitment reporting; participation in HR projects. Candidate for this role: has experience in recruiting for at least 1 year; knows (at least theoretically) what direct search is; has higher education; confident user of MS Excel, Power Point; wants to develop in the field of recruiting.
