Responsibilities: Monitoring the labor market, working with the resume database, operational work with reviews; Creating vacancies and their effective placement on search platforms. Prompt closing of hot vacancies; Recruitment of personnel: labor, technical, administrative, top management; Conducting an initial interview by phone and coordinating meetings with the manager; Organization of individual and group interviews; Organization and control of the implementation of the adaptation program; participation in the adaptation of new employees; implementation of the company's corporate culture projects; compilation of reports, creation of statistics and candidate database.
