Responsibilities: Searching, selecting and evaluating candidates for vacancies in accordance with the company's requirements. Maintaining a database of potential candidates and supporting interaction with them. Support for work with vacancies on corporate websites and other job search sources. Interaction with other company divisions on clarification issues requirements for candidates and the organization of the hiring process. Support and improvement of the selection and recruiting process in the company. Requirements: Work experience in a similar position from 1 year. High level of communication. Knowledge of modern methods and tools of recruiting. Ability to work in conditions of high pace and processing a large amount of information. Orientation to results and the ability to work in a team.
