Main tasks: Search and hiring of personnel; Candidate hunting; Using various channels to search for relevant candidates; Screening resumes, conducting phone and personal interviews interview; Maintain contact with potential candidates; Conduct Welcome mitting. It will be a plus: 6 months of experience as a recruiter or researcher (IT\digital); Understanding of the full cycle of recruitment; Practical skills in working with various channels of searching for specialists; Ability to "sell" the company to the candidate, and the candidate to the manager; of the department; Focus on the result; Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level.
