Your main responsibilities: Conducting the full cycle of recruitment (from receiving an application for the selection of personnel to the employee's salary); Maintaining a candidate database, forming a personnel reserve; Conducting interviewing candidates and conducting negotiations on working conditions; Maintaining a positive image of the company among candidates; Ensuring that candidates meet the requirements of vacancies; Finding strategies for closing vacancies; Introducing the company's social networks in order to attract candidates. Effective communication with the management team. Our main requirements for candidates: Knowledge search and recruitment technologies (Linkedin, FB, job search sites); Ability to use search tools (Boolean Search, etc.); sales of the company and vacancies, the ability to negotiate, hunt, build a funnel of potential candidates); the ability to qualitatively collect requirements for vacancies, a candidate portrait, form an informative description of vacancies; the ability to develop and implement a sourcing strategy. It will be a plus: Experience from 2 years specifically in in the field of recruiting; Work experience in a production and distribution company; Work experience in mass recruitment.
