Site: https://1-auto.com.ua/Your tasks: Conducting a search for candidates; and personal interviews with candidates; Analyzing your work in the recruiting funnel; Entering the candidate database; Receiving recommendations of past workplaces; Searching for new channels to attract candidates and constant work with these channels; Regular reporting to the manager. Our ideal candidate should have: Experience working as a recruiter from 1 of the year; Successful experience in closing office recruiting vacancies; Knowledge of candidate evaluation methods; Knowledge and use of various channels and methods of searching for specialists (job sites, tg channels, social networks, LinkedIn, etc.); Ability to work and learn at a fast pace; High level of time management.
