If you know how to find talent, conduct effective interviews and create a positive candidate experience, this is the role for you.Responsibilities:Search for new talent according to company needs.Evaluate resumes, conduct effective interviews and provide feedback to candidates.Ensure high-quality recruitment process, including the organization of interviews, tests and letters of recommendation. Using various channels to attract candidates, such as LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, various job sites (for example, rabota.ua, grc.ua), as well as employment groups in messengers .Cooperation with other departments of the company to solve personnel needs.Communication with internal clients, ensuring appropriate cooperation processes.Development and maintenance of positive relations with clients to achieve long-term cooperation.Organization of exit of a new employee and ensuring his adaptation in the team.Requirements:Work experience in in a similar position for 2 years or more. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of the labor market and recruitment trends. Ability to work with various channels of talent acquisition.
