The central office of the company is located in the city of Kyiv.

Requirements for our candidate:

• Experience of working as a recruiter or assistant in a staff recruitment position from 1 of the year;
• Experience in finding lawyers, marketers, sales managers and department heads will be a priority;
• Ability to prioritize work, understanding the specifics of vacancies and company requirements;
• Willingness to learn and develop in the chosen field.
• High level of responsibility and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Working with closing vacancies 90% of the time;
• Responsibility for all aspects of HR processes, including recruiting, HR management.
• Full candidate management (onboarding, offboarding);
• Work in the office (control of employee attendance, control of dress code, personnel issues) 10% of the time.
• Support of the culture of the organization, aimed at increasing the motivation and satisfaction of employees.
