Description of Responsibilities:

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The main goal of the vacancy is to provide the highest level of candidates for vacancies in our company.

Terms:

• Work schedule: 5/2
• Salary: UAH 20,000/month + bonuses

Main duties:

1. Search, selection and evaluation of candidates for various vacancies.
2. Conducting interviews and assessment centers.
3. Ensuring effective communication with grouped candidates and management.
4. Negotiate with potential employees and prepare proposals.
5. Maintain high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. High communication and negotiation skills.
2. Ability to quickly navigate and make decisions.
3. Excellent command of Ukrainian languages.
4. The desire to develop in the chosen field and reach new heights.
