What needs to be done: The full cycle of recruiting: creating job profiles and posting vacancies on job sites, using alternative sources of personnel search, conducting telephone interviews and personal interview closing 20-30 vacancies per month2. Participation in the adaptation of new employees. 3. Maintaining the database of candidates in an automated system. 4. Formation of personnel reserve. 5.
