Responsibilities: Active participation in closing vacancies in various areas (marketing, product, SEO, administrative direction); Evaluation of resumes and conducting interviews with candidates; Building communication with candidates, maintaining contact with potential candidates; Working with job sites, social. networks and other sources; Reporting on the personnel search process. Necessary skills: 2 years of experience in closing various areas of vacancies; High quantitative and qualitative indicators in closing vacancies; Orientation to results, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace, proactivity; Developed communication skills, negotiation skills dealing with objections; mastery of direct search techniques; English language at B2 level.
