Main duties: • Search and selection of personnel (direct search) for Clients in Ukraine, Europe, Canada and the USA. Key skills and abilities: • Orientation to the result, an active life position and good communication skills. • Candidate selection skills, knowledge of search methods and conducting interviews. • Ability to work with large volumes of information under multitasking conditions. • Competent written and oral communication, desire to develop. • Work experience in the position of assistant/recruiter/personnel manager, sourcer will be a plus.• Higher education.• English at an intermediate level and above.
