Responsibilities

• Ensuring the full cycle of recruitment for positions at various levels (from graduates to experienced)
• Identifying and developing successful recruitment strategies to attract talent
• Searching for candidates through various channels (cooperation with universities, job sites, social networks, direct search, referral program, etc.)
• Participation in employer brand development projects

Requirements

• Higher education in the field of economics, marketing, HR or another related field
• Good oral and written command of Ukrainian and English
• from 1+ years of relevant experience
• Professional services industry experience would be an advantage
• Results driven, good team player
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Strategic and out-of-the-box thinking
• Experienced MS Office user
