Ifyou’re ready topower upour team with your recruitment prowess, wewant tohear from you!🚀 Responsibilities: Arranging full life-cycle recruitment process: from the understanding ofvacancy’s requirements, sourcing ofcandidates, pro-active search, interviewing candidates tonegotiating potential offers and analytics. Creating job profiles and writing vacancy descriptions (with the help ofcontent managers). Managing job sites aswell asthe company website and keeping them uptodate. Development ofnew approaches inattracting candidates and improving the selection process, monitoring new trends and other useful data toimprove the productivity and recruitment process overall. Developing long-term relationships with potential candidates through networking. Collaborate closely with the HRDepartment toensure alignment with company policies and procedures. Maintaining corporate documents and databases uptodate. Reporting toHRD and hiring managers. Job market analysis and reviews making. Taking part inHR activities ifneeded. 👩🚀 Requirements: 3+years ofexperience inend-to-end recruitment (from sourcing tohiring). Experience inthe building recruitment process from scratch. Basic understanding oftechnical development, including familiarity with terms such asReact, AWS, GitLab, Vue, architectural patterns, etc., toeffectively interact with developers. Experience incommunication with the hiring managers todefine their needs, and improve the recruitment process. Experience insourcing candidates according tovacancies’ requirements using different channels: LinkedIn, job portals, social networks, Github, and other resources. Keen focus ondetail, especially inrefining job descriptions, communicating with candidates, and coordinating schedules. Strong networking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and effective presentation and negotiation capabilities. Acommitted, enthusiastic, and flexible approach towork. Atleast anUpper-Intermediate level ofEnglish proficiency. Experience inthe gaming industry and passion for gaming would beasignificant advantage for this role. 🏆 Will beaplus: —Familiarity with CS:GO, Rust and Dota2 (and ifyou play one ofthem you are already one step closer tothe team); —Work experience indeveloping the employer brand locally through advertising, participation inlocal hiring events, etc. (for future activities). —Familiarity with the People Force HRManagement System.
