Duties: conducting a search, selecting candidates for vacancies in various divisions of the company; conducting interviews with candidates and assessing their compliance with job requirements; maintaining a database of potential candidates and maintaining its relevance. Requirements: work experience of 2 years in a similar position; higher education; confident user of MS Office, 1C 8.3 (BAS); knowledge of search channels, methods candidate evaluations; attentiveness, communication, responsibility, result-oriented.
