WHAT TO DO: 

• feedback processing on open vacancies
• planning and conducting telephone and initial interviews;
• organization of interviews with department heads;

• onboarding of candidates and administration of the probationary period process;
• maintenance of the internal candidate database and internal reserve;
• monitor the labor market.
