In this position, you will be engaged in: Conducting an active search and selection of candidates for various levels of positions in the company; Evaluation qualifications and experience of potential employees; Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates based on company requirements; Coordination of internal communication and cooperation with various departments of the company; Resolving conflict situations and maintaining an optimal working environment.
