The purpose of the position is to provide the company with personnel in a timely manner and maintain a favorable internal and external image of the company as an employer. You are our ideal candidate if: You have 2+ years of experience in recruiting and successful experience in closing vacancies ( executive search - mandatory); You have modern tools for attracting and selecting candidates; by department heads, formulating applications and approving vacancies; Search and recruitment of personnel (legal specialties and administrative personnel); Work with various search channels (direct search, job sites, Linkedin, recommendations, head hunting); Conducting negotiations, interviews with potential candidates, determining their needs, testing, feedback and building long-term relationships; maintaining a candidate database; organizing candidate interviews with department heads and support at all stages of negotiations; candidate onboarding.
