An international product IT holding is looking for a Recruiter to join its friendly team. Responsibilities: Active participation in closing vacancies in various fields (IT and non-IT); Evaluation of resumes and conducting interviews with candidates; Building communication with candidates, maintaining communication with potential candidates; Work with job sites, social. networks and other sources; Reporting on the personnel search process. Necessary skills: 1.5-2 years of experience in closing various areas of vacancies; High quantitative and qualitative indicators in closing vacancies; Orientation to results, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace, proactivity; Developed communication, negotiation and objection skills; Proficiency in direct search techniques; Intermediate English.
