We are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of work experience in personnel selection and personnel administration, who could responsibly perform the following tasks:

• search, selection of candidates for company vacancies;
• selection and posting of vacancies on personnel search channels;
• conducting interviews, assessment of candidate competencies, organization of interviews with the job applicant;
• maintenance of the candidate database, formation of the personnel reserve;
• making proposals for new channels of search, implementation;
• conducting monitoring labor market; conducting analytics;
• participation in related HR projects and processes.

We are looking for a candidate who has the following qualifications and skills:

• Recruitment experience personnel from 1 year;
• Knowledge of labor legislation and the ability to implement it;
• 1C user (will be an advantage);
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;

• Ability to manage people and form a positive work style;
• High level of stress resistance.
