Recruiter in PwC

Responsibilities:

• Development and updating of job descriptions.
• Preparation of recruitment materials and placement of job announcements in relevant information sources.
• Search and selection of candidates using employment portals, social networks, own databases and other sources.
• Checking resumes and applications of candidates for replacement vacancies.
• Conducting interviews using various effective techniques/methods of recruiting and personnel selection in order to select candidates in accordance with the planned deadlines.
• Assessment of professional knowledge, skills, interpersonal skills, experience and abilities of candidates.
• Organization and coordination of interviews.
• Participation in the process of integration and adaptation of new employees.
• Providing analytical reports on recruitment.
• Acting as a brand ambassador.
• Working with internal corporate systems.
• Participating in other department projects (optional).

Requirements:

• Successful experience as a recruitment specialist for 2 years or more.
• Experience work in a recruiting agency and/or experience in consulting will be an advantage. 
• Practical experience in implementing a variety of recruitment processes (video interviews, phone interviews, reference checks, etc.).
• Ability to organize the professional skills assessment process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Developed decision-making skills.
• Experience with the Workday system is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of English - intermediate level and above.
