We need an employee who has:

• complete higher/secondary education;
• experience in mass recruitment from the 1st year;
• experience with various methods of finding personnel;
• ability to work in multitasking mode;
• readiness for training and professional growth;
• personal qualities: independence, responsibility, sociability and structure.

Tasks with which you will work:

• search and recruitment of personnel;
• conduct interviews with candidates;
• conduct market monitoring work;
• develop the Company's corporate culture and take an active part in HR projects;
• reporting on work results.
