Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of personnel of various levels (from mass recruitment to TOP positions).
• Work with search resources.
• Selection and processing of resumes for open vacancies.
• Conducting initial assessment of candidates for suitability for the position (telephone interviews, resume screening);
• Planning and organization of interviews;
• Formation of personnel reserve.
