The company develops mobile and web applications (JavaScript, PHP and Mobile, including Android and iOS), cloud solutions, offers integrated software solutions UX/UI, provides outsourcing and outstaffing services to companies around the world. Now we are looking for a recruiter. 

Necessary skills:

• understanding of recruiting processes and recruitment;

• excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates;

• English at level B1; >

• result orientation and desire to learn.

It will be a plus:

• understanding of the most common IT fields, frameworks and languages ​​for recruitment such as Frontend (JavaScript, React, Vue), Backend (Java, Python, Node) and others;
• experience in negotiations, ability to help with employee problems;

Main duties: 

• full cycle of recruiting - creating and writing vacancies, screening, conducting interviews, providing feedback, supporting candidates during the entire process, creating offers, filling and maintaining the database, etc. For this, you can determine priorities and improve recruitment channels , processes and strategies;
