Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of talented specialists in the radioelectronic industry and administrative sector.
• Using recruiting CRM systems to systematize and optimize recruitment processes.
• Development and optimization of recruiting processes to ensure fast and efficient recruitment.
• Conducting interviews , evaluating potential candidates and determining their fit with the company's requirements.
• Interaction with existing employees to determine vacancy needs and discuss requirements for new employees.
• Ensuring a positive interaction experience for each candidate, regardless from the result of the interview.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of recruiting and personnel selection, preferably in production.
• Knowledge of various methods of searching and selecting candidates.
• Experience of using recruiting CRM systems for work process organization.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish long-term relationships with candidates.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and make decisions.
