We are looking for an employee:

• with experience in selection of staff;
• who is a confident user of PC, Word, Excel;
• knows how to work with websites and search engines;
• has competent oral and written language;
• fluent in the Ukrainian language;
• punctual, able to learn, diligent, communicative.

What needs to be done:

• Search and recruitment of personnel.
• Conducting telephone and personal interviews with candidates.
• Entering information into the relevant database.
• Posting vacancies on various platforms (work sites, social networks, internal resources).
• Cooperation with department heads regarding personnel needs.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of search channels and optimization of the recruiting process.
• Participate in shaping corporate culture and creating a positive image of the employer.
