What you will do with us:

• Actively seek and attract qualified medical specialists and staff who share our values and aspirations for high quality service;
• Conduct primary selection of candidates, organize interviews and accompany them at all stages of recruitment;
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their needs and select optimal candidates;
• Maintain the candidate database and report on recruiting processes;
• Participate in the development of internal HR processes and improve the candidate experience.

Who we are looking for:

• A person with a higher education and 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably in the medical field or a related field; compliance;
• Communication, responsibility and the ability to work in a team;
• Orientation on the result and the desire to help people find their place in the team;
• Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation will be an advantage.
