Overview (goal) of the position Search, attraction and selection of qualified candidates to meet the personnel needs of our organization. The ideal candidate must have experience in the full recruiting cycle, excellent communication skills and the ability to identify the best talent. Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies: Collaborate with line managers to understand their staffing needs and develop search and recruitment plans. Utilizing a variety of sourcing methods, including posting them on social media, with the goal of attracting a variety of qualified candidates. Establishing and maintaining a strong HR system for current and future staffing needs. Screening and selection: Reviewing resumes and cover letters to assess the candidate's qualifications and suitability for the position Conducting phone screening and initial interviews to assess suitability candidateCoordinating and planning interviews with direct supervisors and ensuring the interview process itselfChecking recommendations and other data of selected candidatesManaging relationships with candidates: Informing candidates about the status of their application and providing timely feedbackContacting candidates, answering their questions and concernsCooperation and coordination: Cooperation with subordinate managers and HR team members, with the aim of aligning issues of personnel familiarity with goals OrganizationAttend meetings to provide hiring updates to hiring managers and interested partiesParticipate in job fairs, recruiting events, and other networking events to promote our organization and attract potential candidatesReporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date interview protocolsRecruitment and prospecting reporting to track the effectiveness of search and selection strategiesJob RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in related field HR, business administration or related field Work experience Experience working as a recruiter Practical experience in sourcing, vetting and managing the hiring process Knowledge of relevant candidate sourcing systems (ATS) and other software In-depth knowledge of best practices and recruitment methods Interviewing and assessment skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work under tight deadlines Attention to detail Knowledge of labor law Fluency in Ukrainian — fluent English - average
