If you have: experience in closing various types of vacancies from 2 years; understanding of business areas, the market and their features; the ability to qualitatively assess Soft and Hard Skills candidate; knowledge and ability to apply in practice various methods of evaluating candidates at the interview stage; skills in dealing with candidate objections; mastery of direct search tools and techniques; analytical thinking and systematicity; effective business communication skills. What will need to be done: candidate profile formation and selection search tools; candidate search, CV screening, selection of relevant profiles; conducting telephone interviews, then appointment and coordination of interviews; conducting HR interviews; high-quality management of the candidate database and recruiting reporting; management of the full cycle of the hiring process.
