REQUIREMENTS: Work experience of 1 year in HR-recruiting — mandatory; Systematic, attention to details, focus on the internal customer — mandatory; Successful proven experience of closing vacancies of various levels: massive recruitment, technical staff, managers; Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations on personnel accounting and record keeping; Possession of modern tools for attracting and selecting candidates; Practical experience in adapting new personnel, conducting personal and telephone interviews; High level of personal responsibility, self-organization; High communication skills, responsibility ;Ability to plan working hours and set priorities;Love for one's work, desire to develop in the profession;Professional education (preferably psychology, personnel management);Competent oral and written communication MAIN DUTIES:Implementation of a full cycle of personnel selection with the necessary qualifications (work with job- portals, reviews, communication with candidates, conducting telephone and personal interviews, making a job offer, headhunting).
