Candidate requirements: Successful proven experience of closing vacancies at various levels: mass recruitment (retail), technical staff, line managers; Possession of modern tools for attracting and selecting candidates; Confident PC user: Word, Excel, 1C; Love of one's work, desire to develop in the profession; High level of personal responsibility, self-organization; Ability to plan working hours and set priorities. Responsibilities: Search and selection of personnel; Organization and control of the implementation of the adaptation program; Implementation of the company's corporate culture projects in the region; Survey of the labor market; Participation in the projects of the Department of Personnel Management.
