We are waiting for you :Experience of working as a recruiter in a system company or recruiting agency;Knowledge of various personnel search methods;Practical experience of recalling and checking recommendations;Readiness for a high pace of work, the ability to work in a multitasking environment and sometimes changing circumstances.Required:Management of the full cycle of personnel search from the acceptance of an application sourcing candidates for employment; Interviewing candidates for various roles; Liaising with and supporting candidates at all stages of negotiations; Follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process; Assisting managers in closing and negotiating details; Descriptive posting of job ads on various portals; Tracking of hiring metrics, including time of hire and source Recruitment; Management of potential candidates for future vacancies.
