Recruiter in Bilfinger Tebodin Ukraine

We are looking for experienced recruiters to join our team in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Romania and Ukraine. We need: solid experience in engineering and construction practice, command of the English language and dedication to our projects :) Interested?

Responsibilities:

• Determination of recruitment channels and selection of candidates with the help of of all available tools, managing the recruitment process at every stage
• Building strong relationships with representatives of various universities and career centers
• Supporting personnel management processes related to the employee life cycle in the company (acceptance and adaptation, etc.)

  
  

  
  

Requirements:

• From 3 years of experience in effective search, conducting interviews and hiring candidates for engineering / construction positions at various levels.
• Higher education, preferably in the field of Personnel Management, Psychology or related fields
• MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Teams)
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Knowledge of Romanian will be an advantage
• High level of interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization skills
• Ability to work in a team
• SAP-Success experience Factors will be an advantage
