What tasks need to decide:

• Full cycle of recruitment from application to offer (marketers, IT specialists and others);

• Active search for various platforms (job search sites, social networks, messengers, etc.);

• Interaction with candidates, conducting selection interviews and organizing final interviews;

• Conducting vacancy analytics, monitoring wages;

• Reporting for work performed.

It will be an advantage if you have experience in closing such vacancies as:

• Media Buyer`s, Account Manager, Affiliate Manager and similar vacancies in the affiliate marketing sphere;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience in the selection of: it specialists, designers, financiers, project managers and others;
