Your future obligations connections:
- Recruiting, search and headhunting of bank specialists of various levels and qualifications in the retail sector
- Salary benchmarking, research and analysis of the candidate market
- Coordination of full-cycle hiring processes, ensuring an easy and positive experience for candidates
- Management of relations with specialized recruitment agencies
- Management of relations with employment centers across Ukraine
