Looking for a Recruiter for C-level positions with competency based interview exp.
Responsibilities:
— Execute recruiting plans to fill open positions effectively. Identify and source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
— Review CVs and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
— Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
— Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate activity and maintain accurate records.
— Provide training and support to hiring managers and team members on effective use of the ATS.
— Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
— Initiate recruitment process and procedures improvement.
— Experience in competency based interview exp.
— English language proficiency level — not lower than upper intermediate.
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
— Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
— Experience working with ATS required.
— Experience in the advertising industry will be a plus.
