Now we need a professional in his field, a person without whom no company can do, namely, we are looking for a recruiter.

Cosmonova is a recognized national brand , which provides high-quality services for the B2B segment, namely: a telecommunications operator, an Internet provider, its own data center and "cloud" platforms in Ukraine, Germany, and the Netherlands. In the B2C segment, it offers high-speed Internet and IPTV services under the Kolo.TB brand. We are looking for a specialist who will share the company's values, work on the formation of a positive image of the company's brands and the formation of public opinion.

Our team is already quite large: we are all terribly different, but we all equally love the business, what we do.

What we would like to see in a candidate:

• work experience as a recruiter from 1 year;
• ability to make decisions independently;
• spoken and written Ukrainian and Russian language;
• ability to learn quickly, responsibility, ability to learn from experience;
• experience working in multitasking mode.

What will need to be done:

• a full recruitment cycle: resume selection, telephone interviews, interviews in the office or in video format call;
• participation in the planning and implementation of HR projects;
• development of processes and tools to improve the quality of customer service;
• reporting.
