• Using various channels to find potential candidates.
• Creation and posting of vacancies on various platforms.
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database, storing information about candidates and the stages of their selection.
• Organization and support of the candidate throughout the entire recruitment cycle.
• Collaboration with department heads to determine new employee needs.
• Providing regular reports on the recruitment process and selection results.
• Implementation of new technologies and approaches to optimize the recruitment process.
• Participation in HR processes: support in carrying out integrations and assessment of team culture.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment from 1 year (experience in IT will be a plus).
• Understanding of IT technologies and the labor market (will be a plus).
• Ability to effectively use candidate search tools.
• High level of communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in conditions of a large volume of information and urgent tasks.
• Knowledge of the English language is desirable.
• Experience in finding technical and creative specialists, as well as Media Buyer and Affiliate Manager.
