We help clients with the implementation and support of business systems, development and adaptation of the entire range of Microsoft products: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure.

Functional duties:

• Searching and selecting candidates using various channels (job boards, social networks, recommendations, etc.);
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for compliance with job requirements;
• Cooperation with the Hiring Manager to clarify the requirements for candidates and the selection process;
• Organization and support of all stages of the recruiting process, including initial contact, interviews, feedback and proposals;
• Participation in the development and implementation of talent attraction strategies;
• Maintaining the candidate database and developing the company's HR brand through various events and communications;
• Ability to monitor the labor market and analyze competitors to optimize the recruitment process.

What we expect from you:

• You have 2+ years of experience working as a recruiter or in other related roles ;
• You will be able to independently plan and conduct the recruiting process without constant supervision;
• You have an understanding of the stages of recruitment and HR processes;
• You have analytical skills and are able to find creative solutions for hiring;
• You have excellent communication and cooperation skills;
• You are a positive person with a high level of emotional intelligence and willingness to work in a team;
• You speak English at the Upper-Intermediate level.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of Polish or Spanish;
• Work experience in product companies.
