Functional duties:
- Searching and selecting candidates using various channels (job boards, social networks, recommendations, etc.);
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for compliance with job requirements;
- Cooperation with the Hiring Manager to clarify the requirements for candidates and the selection process;
- Organization and support of all stages of the recruiting process, including initial contact, interviews, feedback and proposals;
- Participation in the development and implementation of talent attraction strategies;
- Maintaining the candidate database and developing the company's HR brand through various events and communications;
- Ability to monitor the labor market and analyze competitors to optimize the recruitment process.
What we expect from you:
- You have 2+ years of experience working as a recruiter or in other related roles ;
- You will be able to independently plan and conduct the recruiting process without constant supervision;
- You have an understanding of the stages of recruitment and HR processes;
- You have analytical skills and are able to find creative solutions for hiring;
- You have excellent communication and cooperation skills;
- You are a positive person with a high level of emotional intelligence and willingness to work in a team;
- You speak English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of Polish or Spanish;
- Work experience in product companies.
