We are 19 years old and are the company with the largest portfolio of unique industry products in the world. The group of companies has been operating on the market since 2005, when one of the largest paintball clubs in the country was opened.
Today, our equipment is used in more than 2,000 projects in more than 80 countries around the world, such as Diriyah Season Park in Saudi Arabia and Dezerland Park, the largest entertainment complex in Florida.

We develop, manufacture and sell electronic devices entirely ourselves: we design and assemble boards, cases, produce molds, cast plastics, create software from the idea to delivery to the client. We have a full cycle of product creation, so different specialists can be present at one meeting: PCB assemblers, Java architects, marketers and sales.     • Your responsibilities:

  • Interaction with the internal Customer regarding vacancies on all issues;
  • Publication of vacancies on all relevant resources, and search for alternative channels for searching for Candidates;
  • Screening resumes (reviews) for vacancies and independent search for the best talent (relevant) candidates, headhunting;
  • Organization of interviews with Customers, support of the Candidate at all stages of the interview, mandatory detailed response in case of refusal;
  • Extensive verification of recommendations for the Candidate;
  • Provision of reports on Candidates;
  • Coordination of terms of cooperation with future employees and drawing up offers;
  • Formation of Personnel reserve;
  • Cooperation with all employees of the company, maintaining a friendly and ecological microclimate in the Department and the Company as a whole.

    • Will be a plus:

    • Experience working in an IT company.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office, Google sheets, HRM systems (Hurma, People Force, etc.).
