Required skills:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter in IT;
  • Experience with modern tools and methods of searching for candidates;
  • Experience in expanding and maintaining a talent base;
  • Experience in searching and selecting relevant candidate profiles;
  • Experience in managing the full cycle of the recruiting process;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Basic understanding of software development specialties and methodologies;
  • The level of English is not lower than Upper-intermediate (both written and spoken).

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with recruitment analytics;
  • Experience in direct search and headhunting;
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

Your tasks:

  • Cooperation with hiring managers to coordinate all stages of recruiting: from creating a job description to an offer;
  • Search and selection of candidates using modern channels and tools;
  • Negotiations with potential candidates and creation of a broad talent base;
  • Conducting soft skills interviews, ensuring a positive experience for candidates;
  • Maintenance of candidate database and recruiting statistics in ATS;
