In connection with the development of the department, we are looking for a Recruiter.

Main expectations from our candidate:

Functional responsibilities:

• Description of the text of the vacancy based on requests from managers
• Posting of vacancies on job search sites, social networks, specialized sites and forums
• Search for candidates on all existing resources
• Conducting interviews and tests
• Formation of reports for further recommendation of a candidate for a vacancy to the manager
• Formation, approval of the offer with the manager and the candidate
• Organization of adaptation of new employees
• Participation in HR processes related to adaptation and motivation staff
