Because we are looking for an energetic and effective recruiter with experience in closing middle positions to join the friendly MK:translations team.

Everyone writes a list of cool clients they work with (we also have one, if you are interested - search on the website), and we will write about our cool team to join.
The team includes 30 professionals who work like bees remotely and in the office, and more than 1,000 freelancers from around the world who help implement projects.
What will you do:
- Select freelance specialists for our databases: translators, editors, copywriters, specialists in dubbing, subtitles, etc. d (communicating with candidates in writing - without interviews);
- Collect statistics, conduct analytics and monitor the freelancer market (regarding tariffs, terms of cooperation, etc.);
- Close full-time vacancies for project managers, sales, marketing specialists, etc. (2-4 vacancies per month);
- Work together with the Department Team Leader on internal tasks.
We are for automation in everything, so forget Excel we have ATS and LMS.
It is important that you have:
- English language not lower than B1;
- knowledge of modern recruiting tools (except job sites);
- experience of 1 year of actively searching for candidates and closing vacancies.
