Requirements

• From 2 years of recruitment experience from search to hiring
• Good knowledge of the Ukrainian candidate market
• Excellent communication skills, strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in mass recruiting and call center vacancies

What you will do:

• Recruiting, searching and headhunting specialists in the direction of the call center
• Salary benchmarking, candidate market research and analysis
• Coordination of full-cycle hiring processes, ensuring an easy and positive experience for candidates
• Relationship management with specialized recruitment agencies < /li>
• Management of relations with employment centers in Ukraine
• Close cooperation with hiring managers, for a deeper understanding of the role, requirements and needs
• Calculation, planning and implementation of search and construction various talent acquisition channels
• Solving various recruitment issues with clients and internal teams
