Arbostar is a Canadian-Ukrainian SaaS company that develops and sells a unique CRM system for the fields of Arboriculture and Landscaping. We are looking for a very energetic and intelligent person to help us develop our product and make our customers happy.

Responsibilities:

• Active search and recruitment of candidates for IT vacancies at different levels (from beginners to seniors).
• Conducting initial interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience and fit with the company's corporate culture.
• Development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies.
• Using various channels to find candidates, including social networks, professional platforms, job sites and other resources.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Maintaining the candidate database and keeping it up-to-date.
• Coordination of the hiring process and feedback from candidates.
• Support of a positive image of the company on the labor market.

Requirements:

• Work experience in the position of an IT recruiter from 1 year.
• Excellent knowledge of the IT specialist market and modern recruiting methods.
• Interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with candidates and department heads.
• Experience with various candidate sourcing tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of the English language at the B2-C1 level.
