We are looking for a team Recruiter .

Our candidate:

• Experience in finding specialists in various fields of activity from 1 year;
• Focus on results, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace;
• Willingness to work with vacancies in various fields;
• Mastery of direct search methods;
• Analytical skills.

What will you do:

• Active participation in closing vacancies;
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, maintain contacts with potential candidates;
• Work with job sites, social. networks and specialized forums;
• Maintaining the internal database of candidates;
• Initial assessment of resumes and conducting phone interviews with candidates.
