Recruiter in FAVBET Tech

Due to the launch of new IGaming projects, we are expanding our Recruitment Team. You will manage and deliver high quality recruitment for our IT, Marketing and Administrative departments, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

— Experience in international recruitment for 3+ years.

— Experience in closing vacancies in IT, marketing (Media Buying, Affiliate, Retention, Brand etc.), Digital (various Design and Creative directions) sectors.

— Your level of English is at least intermediate.

— Developed sourcing, communication and negotiation skills.

— Structured thinking, attention to details.

— Team-player.

Responsibilities:

— Developing sourcing and recruitment strategy for non-IT vacancies.

— Bearing responsibility for recruitment process for open vacancies you will working on, including intake, direct communication with hiring team, offering process, stakeholder management, etc.

— Maintain database of candidates, including pipe-lining reporting on statistics.

— Participating in other projects related to recruitment according to your interest (employer branding, process automation, etc.)
