Responsibilities:
- Full recruitment cycle IT and office staff: creation of vacancy texts, search and selection of resumes, conducting telephone interviews, conducting interviews in the office or in the format of a video call;
- Maintenance of the candidate database;
- Implementation employee adaptation programs;
- Participation in the implementation of HR projects.
Requirements:

- Higher education;
- Self-organization, communication skills;
- Work experience in a similar position - from 2 years;
< li>Proficiency in recruitment techniques of various levels of complexity, including Headhunting;- Skills in finding candidates on Linkedin and professional platforms for finding IT specialists;
- Experienced user of SRM and HRM;
- Ability to work for results;
- Ability to make decisions independently.
Conditions:
- working hours: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
- a comfortable office in the center of Kyiv in the A-class business center (BC Gulliver).
